Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We get daily pickups from our shippers Monday through Friday. This means you should receive your order within one to six business days, depending on the state we are shipping your order to. Please note, our shippers will not deliver to a PO Box address.

In Stock items will ship same day if your order is received by 1:00pm, Monday - Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. No shipping on holidays.

FREE SHIPPING

At times, we may offer free shipping for retail orders only (no wholesale orders). When we do, we will only offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous US states (does not include Hawaii or Alaska). We will ship your order using our shippers standard shipping methods. You may choose another shipping method in lieu of free shipping if you need your order sooner.

RETURNS

Upon receipt of order, please check it completely to insure that it has been filled correctly. If you find an error, you have twenty four hours to email us so that we can correct the problem. We will either send you the correct item, adjust the bill as necessary or give you a 100% product refund, at our discretion.
